Barnaby founded Holland Mountain in 2009 when he saw an opportunity to help private equity firms improve the way that risk and change are managed around strategy, operations and projects.
Over the past 8 years Barnaby has completed major engagements with leading names in private equity, including: Coller Capital, EBRD, Terra Firma Capital Partners, Henderson Global Investors, Abn Amro, Gresham, TDR Capital, Candover and Allianz.
